Scope and Direction of Research
The project I will embark on will study the behavior of Neural Networks for a particular language learning task and how different configuration parameters can affect their performance. In the following section I will describe the type of network to be used, what language task I will present to it, how the system will search for a better configuration, and finally, how I will analyze the resulting networks in order to better understand how they solve the given task.
